Some questions regarding pipeline heat treatment

When heat treatment is required for the welds at both ends of high-pressure welding valves where they connect to pipes, how should it be done to ensure that the internal seals of the valve are not damaged?
The valve must be opened during heat treatment; that’s what the regulations state
For example, when white steel is subjected to heat treatment, the temperature can reach over 900 degrees; is it sufficient to simply open the valve? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? No other methods are needed
Austenitic stainless steel pipe welding. . . Heat treatment is generally rarely required. . . What kind of operating condition is this exactly? . It needs heat treatment
As far as I remember, such valves usually come with a certain length of transition section already built in; heat treatment should not damage the seals inside the valve
