What are the reasons for high levels of non-condensable gases in dimethyl ether products, and what are the solutions? Is the amount of non-condensable gas in dimethyl ether inside the product sphere tank always higher than that in the unit? Please advise me on how to proceed
What is the maximum temperature at the highest point of your reactor? The reaction temperature is high, resulting in numerous side reactions; the condensation intensity in the dimethyl ether overhead condenser is too high, and the exhaust venting rate is too low. The non-condensable gases were not released. The non-condensable gases inside the spherical tank can accumulate, and they can be vented from the location of the tank’s pressure gauge.
