Does blending of oils lower their dry point?

For example, in the blending of gasoline, if the dry point of the gasoline is too high, adding some gasoline with a lower dry point can help produce a qualified final product. What I want to know is whether the actual dry point of the gasoline actually decreases in this process; if it does decrease, what is the principle behind that? And if the actual dry point doesn’t decrease, then what’s going on? Some say it’s a problem with the analysis methods; please give me some advice!
The example you gave is completely wrong; it’s recommended to first learn the meaning of various quality indicators before moving on to harmonization.
By adding oils with a low boiling point, the change is minimal; even if there is a reduction, it’s very slight. This approach is not advisable, as it is different from adjusting the 95% point of diesel.
