We have developed a new wastewater treatment technology. After several years of promotion, 20 projects are now using it. This technology requires no capital investment for equipment, its operating costs are 1/2 to 1/3 of those of existing technologies, and it results in zero wastewater discharge. If it can be widely applied, it can completely solve the environmental pollution caused by 85% of industrial wastewater. However, those promoting these ideas still haven’t answered the question that everyone is concerned about: what happens to salt and pollutants? The core of this technology is that the closed-loop water system does not discharge any wastewater over the long term, which is something that existing closed-loop water management standards and on-site management cannot achieve. The circulating water system only adds water without removing waste; the water evaporates through the cooling tower, and the salts and other substances that are difficult to degrade end up as sludge and residue. These are separated from the circulating water system using strainers or sedimentation tanks. This technology requires no waste discharge; only regular sludge cleaning is needed.
The water from the side filter can be returned to the circulating water system for reuse after being pressed; the hard-to-degrade organic substances and salts become solid waste, which is then treated using conventional solid waste treatment methods.
The technical process is very simple; apart from a turbidity level of less than 200 NUT, no other requirements are imposed on the water quality entering the circulating water system. It is only necessary to install a pipe to introduce the wastewater into the circulating water system. It completely replaces the traditional process route. Investment and operating costs are **reduced**.
