On July 15, the three coal-lock gas compressors part of the natural gas project with an annual capacity of 2 billion cubic meters, which is being built by the Yili Xintian Coal-to-Natural Gas Project Department, successfully completed their initial no-load tests. The 3 J6M40C coal gas locking compressors are high-pressure, high-power devices; the commissioning of these compressors represents an important milestone for the project team in completing the gasification unit it has been entrusted to build.
So fast; I wonder if the air separation unit trial run has been completed?
Without the approval documents, it is likely they still don’t dare to carry out full-scale testing. It can only be a single-unit test.
Is this compressor imported or domestically produced? Driven by a steam turbine? Should we test it with the compressor as well? I think it’s difficult to identify problems during no-load tests, especially now during the hot summer months. What truly tests everyone is the winter period – issues such as whether the temperature in the factory buildings is sufficient, whether those small lubrication pipes are at the right temperature, and whether the electric auxiliary lubrication pumps can start in time. A single mistake can lead to serious accidents like bearing burnout in the machinery. It is also said that most of the employees in your company are from the south, and the problems that arise during winter testing are something you could never imagine.

This machine is a domestic reciprocating type. Moreover, all the members of the company’s commissioning team are from the north, specifically from the Northeast region; therefore, their experience in dealing with freezing conditions is undoubtedly superior.
A drive in the middle is not successful until one successful attempt results in a successful drive! Hehe, that’s how people in many places explain it!

It seems your company has a strong team of experts in testing and driving, which is fortunate. It turns out that one of our managers bypassed the production department and the factory branches, and ordered the employees there to start the motor-driven nitrogen centrifugal compressors in order to use air to clean the pipelines. As a result of the pressure buildup, the high-speed and low-speed shafts as well as the bearings were severely damaged, causing enormous financial losses and damage to our reputation. Yesterday, on Sunday, July 19, 2015, it was learned from the **Ministry of Environmental Protection’s website that Xintian failed to pass the environmental impact assessment; this is quite regrettable. The main reason is that the project is located 480 meters above the Ili River, and the measures intended to prevent wastewater from posing a threat to the river are not feasible. Is it really not feasible? It seems there are no relevant laws or regulations specifying exactly what the height difference should be. I need to study more when I get home*; I immediately feel like I haven’t studied enough.
They say there isn’t sufficient evidence! It’s definitely impossible to move the factory!
