I’m Xiao Yan. For the project assigned by my supervisor, it is necessary to purchase a heat exchanger. Since this is an experiment related to LCNG, the heat exchanger required must be able to withstand high pressures of 25 MPa, as well as low temperatures of -196°C. It also needs to handle a low flow rate – 0.3 m3/h of liquid nitrogen. I searched online but was unable to find any manufacturer capable of producing such a heat exchanger. I’m reaching out to everyone on Haichuan** – if anyone knows the contact information of manufacturers that can produce ultra-high pressure heat exchangers, please share it; I’d be extremely grateful!

Haha, I just finished reading this webpage too!
Here’s a manufacturer for you: Shandong Haomai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. They can produce coiled tube types with a pressure rating of up to 100 Mpa
The key is low-temperature resistance. Ultra-low temperature.
I’m sorry, I just saw it now. I will get in touch with this manufacturer to ask questions tomorrow. Thank you for the information!
Thank you for the information! This manufacturer can indeed provide heat exchangers that meet the requirements, which saved me a lot of trouble. Thank you again!
Hehe, they can manufacture heat exchangers for nuclear power; there’s definitely no problem with the kind you mentioned!
It is recommended to use U-tube heat exchangers made of stainless steel, from manufacturers such as Morimatsu and Sunpower, among others
The U-type was the first option I considered, but I couldn’t find a suitable manufacturer. The two companies you mentioned also specialize in manufacturing large-scale heat exchangers and are not interested in products for laboratory use. Someone upstairs has already provided manufacturers of coil-type heat exchangers, and they are capable of producing them. Anyway, thanks for your information!
