To lead a team, one must keep these points in mind: 1. Management is achieved through close supervision; skills are developed through practice; solutions are found through thinking; potential is brought out by pushing employees – if you don’t push them, they will remain mediocre! 2. If it’s not done well, then it’s not done well – there are no excuses. Make any excuse – there’s no way to succeed. 3. It’s not that it’s impossible, but rather that no effort is put into finding a solution. If you put in the effort to find a solution, one will surely be found; it’s just a matter of time. 4. If the outcome isn’t good, then it’s not good – there are no exceptions when it comes to execution; only the results matter. 5. Without execution capability, there is no competitiveness. 6. Choice is more important than effort; success or failure depends on the choices made. Past choices determine today’s life, while today’s choices shape the days to come. 7. When it comes to execution, there is no place for \"ifs\" – only results matter. 8. The level of one’s thinking determines the level of one’s actions; the level of a company’s culture determines its success. 9. Don’t rely on others to help you – instead, make sure others need you. 10. When seeking advice, don’t present problems alone; bring solutions as well. When reporting work, do so in a descriptive manner rather than in a critical one. 11. Only by being willing to take responsibility can one undertake significant tasks. Simplicity is key to effectiveness. 12. Successful people often change their methods while keeping their goals the same; unsuccessful people often change their goals without altering their methods. 13. Act as a boss when working in a leadership role, hold yourself to boss standards, and manage your position as if you were running a business. Affection is hypocritical; true love is the great love! Management must prioritize strictness!
Very philosophical; I’ve collected it.....
It would be great if the manager could take a look~~~~
