Agreement to Assist with Commencement of Work

Our factory needs to hire experts to oversee the start of operations; we need an agreement for their assistance. Does anyone have one?
It’s likely very difficult to find an exact identical agreement. I think it should be no different from ordinary agreements. The content should include the scope of work, timeline, and compensation, etc.
Do you have similar agreements that I could refer to?
Do you sign with the company or as an individual?
We signed the contract with our employer, not as individuals
Are you looking for similar manufacturers to help get things started? Why not contact the contracting party?
They should be more or less the same. . . . .
