Dear experts: I would like to ask what are the standards for quench water, washing water, and recycled ash water in various gasification reactors used in coal gasification? And what is currently being done to treat the ash water (wastewater) discharged from the gasification unit?
We mainly control pH, alkalinity, turbidity, and suspended solids; our approach involves flocculation and sedimentation, as well as filtration and chemical addition for adjustment
Are there any standards for relevant control indicators? For example, what range should the pH value be kept within, and what level should the alkalinity be at? Wait. . . I want to know if none of these have corresponding control standards? Is there still no unified standard?
There is still no unified standard for this. These parameters should be determined based on the system operation parameters and the chemical manufacturer. We generally control the suspended solids, pH, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total dissolved solids, total hardness, total alkalinity, and chloride ions in graywater.
So what are your typical control metrics? What are your requirements for discharging graywater?
