We have 3 cooling tower fans, and the operating vibration level of one of them varies between 1.5 and 2.2 depending on temperature changes and oil temperature. In other words, when the temperature is low and the oil temperature is below 70°C, the vibration value is low; on hot days, once the oil temperature rises above 70°C, the vibration value increases to 2.2. May I ask what causes the increase in vibration levels of the cooling tower fans?

As the water temperature rises, the lubricating oil temperature in the unit also increases; the viscosity of the oil decreases, the oil film on the bearings becomes thinner, the lubrication effect weakens, and as a result vibrations occur.
