Sound emitted when a section of pipeline at the heat exchanger outlet is interrupted

I have a pipeline of about 1 meter long that runs from the outlet of the shell side of a heat exchanger to a valve; it makes noise from time to time, as if there is something inside it. I’m not sure what’s causing this Has anyone experienced this situation? If you know, please share – it will earn extra points
How does it work? Was it a crashing sound? Is it still the sound of the medium inside the pipe striking the valve plate?
It’s a very clear sound, audible from a great distance
If the pressure drop before and after the valve is too large, a continuous hissing sound will be heard as the fluid passes through the valve disc due to the continuous constriction; obviously, this is not the case in your situation； If the valve plate falls, the impact of the fluid will produce a metallic knocking sound, one that is continuous and has a strong rhythmic pattern; obviously, this isn’t the case here either ； The internal components of the heat exchanger fell and got stuck in that one-meter section of piping, causing a discontinuity and a sharp noise; this is my opinion.
