Free anonymous accounts allow freedom to post, but what about management?

It’s a free alias system; posts can be made under different accounts, but how do you change the alias account? In other words, if I see a post that violates the rules and the account in question doesn’t have the permissions to manage it, I can reply using another account, but I don’t have the authority to edit or delete anything. What should I do in that case? Exit the current account and log in again? :o
The use of this feature is not encouraged; it should only be used by moderators who find it necessary
I also saw that the free account doesn’t have this feature; I just applied to be a moderator, thinking it was a privilege! For example, if a moderator posts something and you miss that post – since the person is a moderator, they’re unwilling to give you a rating – but if you use an alias so that no one knows who you are, then they might be more generous

You have already published it; what concerns me is the change of usernames and permissions, not just the change of the user ID for posting.
Do not change the UID with permissions, otherwise things will get chaotic.
