Seeking advice: Could experts please advise me? Is pipeline inspection necessary for a heat transfer oil pipeline with a design pressure of 0.53 and a temperature of 120? Isn’t it the case that components with a design pressure of less than or equal to 1.0 and a temperature not exceeding 185 degrees do not require flaw detection? Are there clear regulations specifying this?
