The problem with the turbines in our factory is that the pressure applied to the shaft seal nitrogen is too high, which causes oil leakage at the instrument connections of the turbines. Do other companies also face this issue?
Oil leakage in the instrument wiring should not be caused by high nitrogen pressure at the shaft seal; perhaps other causes should be explored?
The low-pressure valve in our factory was leaking oil; we had to collect a bucket of oil per day. Eventually, it was found that the cause was excessive pressure at the inlet of the oil mist separator
