Salaries started to decrease in July; the market conditions are really poor
Passed by in tears after not receiving a salary for four consecutive months
I haven’t yet experienced such fierce winds and storms~~
Isn’t the salary specified in the contract? Is this not considered a breach of contract?
If the company is not performing well, there will definitely be salary cuts, or even layoffs. When one prospers, all prosper; when one suffers, all suffer. Don’t rely on a contract that provides only one month’s salary as compensation for being laid off for a year. So improving one’s own abilities is the key; there will always be a way to make a living wherever you go.
I agree with your view. In today’s society, aside from civil servants, there are no guaranteed jobs. People’s sense of security comes from how much wealth they possess; those who work in technical fields find their security in continuously improving their skills and management abilities, so as not to worry about having no place to go.
Improving one’s core competitiveness is key; the idea that everyone benefits together is nonsense, while it’s true that everyone suffers together when things go wrong. But when profits are high, how much of the company’s success does the ordinary employee get to share? Improve yourself.
Relying on contractual constraints is not as good as building one’s own strength. I’ll fire you first, and then you expect me to lose my job?
The market conditions are really bad these days! Our salaries and bonuses are also very low!
o(╯□╰)o, I still want to submit my resume to Sensong too, haha
