Why can’t Luchi’s semi-analytical value for carbon dioxide exceed 40 percent?
What is semi-analysis? :L:L
I understand: from an economic perspective, if the carbon dioxide level exceeds 40%, the concentration of effective gas components will inevitably drop significantly, and such a furnace loses its economic value. From a technical perspective, the heat required for the coal gas reaction, as well as the heat generated in the combustion layer, means that the carbon dioxide produced should not exceed 40%. A high carbon dioxide content results in a high temperature of the outlet coal gas; therefore, large amounts of circulating water are needed for cooling both the coal gas and the wastewater. From a security perspective, there might be other reasons as well; I’m not sure.
