Is it really necessary to have such high environmental standards for quenching water?
It belongs to indirect emissions; over ten tons of steam are released per furnace – it’s better if it’s cleaner
What water do you use to quench the coke? Is it wastewater from a coking plant? If it’s sewage, then that’s a problem; it should be strictly restricted or prohibited, as the COD level in sewage is too high! I recommend developing a combined technology for coking with wastewater and waste heat utilization. I already have a rough idea for the design, so we can work together! !
It’s better to have a higher elevation; there are basically no weeds growing around the coking quench tank
