Different catalysts have different requirements; the hydrogen sulfide content in recycled hydrogen is generally not less than 500 ppm
Between 300 and 500 ppm, to ensure the sulfur content in the system
Since the hydrofining catalyst is in a sulfided state, a certain level of hydrogen sulfide must be maintained in the system to prevent the catalyst from being reduced and thus losing its activity. The theoretical value in the data is not less than 300 ppm, while in practical operations a level of not less than 500 ppm is required.
