Are there any requirements regarding the leakage level for hydrogen butterfly valves?

The combustion gas in the ground flare of my company contains hydrogen, and flash explosions sometimes occur. I would like to ask what requirements exist regarding the leakage level of the butterfly valves that lead into the flare
It’s hard to say what needs to be standardized, but zero leakage is ideal, especially when it comes to hazardous gases
This flash explosion was likely not caused by a leak in this valve; the butterfly valve is located outside the combustion tower, and there is a wind barrier in between. Even if there is a minor leak, it won’t spread quickly enough into the interior of the tank to reach the explosive limit and cause a flash explosion. One possibility for my speculation is whether your eternal flame stays lit continuously, and whether the layout of the burners is appropriate; if the transfer of heat between them is poor, a flash explosion can occur.
External leakage: zero leakage; internal leakage: grade VI. For hydrogen, more attention should be paid to the choice of materials, as this is what ensures safety. The lower the leakage level, the better
