5 new pipes have been added to the workshop; supports need to be installed on the columns to hold these pipes (DN200/40/50/20/20). The supports are required to be about 800 mm wide, and there are no pre-installed iron components available. May I ask everyone, what kind of support should I choose? Should a triangular bracket be secured using expansion bolts? I checked HG/T 21629, and it doesn’t seem to mention brackets using expansion bolts. Also, can the triangular bracket withstand the weight of the pipe? Thank you
I don’t understand, huh! For a triangular bracket, it depends on what you use to make the support. Take a 300x300 I-beam and see how much weight it can support.
What the poster means is to use cantilever brackets with diagonal braces; these brackets are fixedly connected to the existing column heads. By calculating the loads, it’s better to use anchor bolts as they can bear more stress
Why not install a door frame? Worried about wasting materials?

If there are no severe vibrations, a tripod made with expansion bolts and No. 16 channel steel will be sufficient to meet your needs, provided that the span is adequate!
If a triangular bracket will suffice, there’s no need for a door-type one
One of them is a vent pipe; does that have a significant impact? What does span mean?
