What is the appropriate age to work on engineering projects?

The work on construction sites is quite demanding. What is a suitable upper age limit for management positions such as project managers, technical supervisors, and construction workers?
It doesn’t matter; energy and experience are more important, right, buddy?

These senior experts not only possess extensive experience but also have a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to work hard. It also trains and develops key technical personnel and management staff within the organization.
It’s feasible to train young people who have been in the industry for two or three years to take on such projects?

Ages 30 to 40 are more suitable; they are energetic and responsible.
Experience is important, but it’s not the top priority
If the content of each project is more or less the same, doing three or four such projects will lose one’s enthusiasm.
The age range of 35 to 55 is more suitable
