What kind of insulating paint is used for electrical cabinet busbars?

The company has many cabinets manufactured in the 2000s; their busbars lack heat-shrink sleeves as well as insulation coating. Applying heat-shrink sleeves is too time-consuming nowadays, so we want to apply a layer of insulation paint. There are many types of insulation paint available – polyester, epoxy, phenolic – and their prices vary as well. We use 380V electricity; which type of paint would be suitable? Just choose one with a relatively low price. It needs to dry quickly. Just make sure that the sharp corners are not exposed when painting.
Otherwise, you can also use a heat gun to blow on it after painting. But the lacquer coating must be fully hardened before it can be used.
Painting here does not take insulation into account; generally black paint is used, probably for heat dissipation reasons.
Just choose one; the main insulating layer should not be too thick. Heat dissipation must be taken into account, and at least 5 centimeters should be left on each side of the joint
