Due to current business needs, we are seeking a design engineer. Requirements include: a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (with a degree in chemical engineering equipment being preferred), at least two years of experience in pressure vessel design, and a professional title at the junior level or above. The salary range is 4,000–6,000 yuan; the exact amount will be determined based on individual capabilities. Those interested can contact us via QQ at 583288543
No one is responding! Salaries are negotiated based on individual capabilities; those looking for a job should get in touch as soon as possible :)
Help push, it’s too far away. It would be more targeted to discuss the general treatment
Thank you! It’s really difficult to determine compensation without communication. Some people have learned a lot over two years and now have a solid foundation, so it’s fine to offer them a higher salary. But there are many who, even after 45 years of working, still know very little and are merely simple draftsmen.
If it’s only 4–6K per month, it’s not very attractive; could you provide more details? It’s not for undergraduates, right?
A bachelor’s degree is the best option, as one still takes basic mechanics courses at that level; having an understanding of mechanical concepts means having a basic foundation. Of course, this needs to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Those with an associate’s degree can also be competent, as educational background isn’t an absolute requirement. As for salary, 4,000–6,000 per year after two years of work should be within the normal range! Really impressive – a special exception is possible!
You listed more than two years of work experience! Ten years of experience, and is there proof? Where is your company located in Guangzhou?
Is two years of experience a mandatory requirement?
