The operating pressure of the gas pipeline is 0.09 bar; then what pressure is required for the pressure testing?
With such low pressure, it can be considered as a vacuum pipeline, with a test pressure of 2 bar.
A pressure of 2BAR is way too high; it’s almost 20 times the operating pressure
0.02 MPa is sufficient, which is equivalent to 0.2 bar. According to GB6222, pipelines with a pressure of less than 0.1 MPa only need to undergo a leakiness test; a strength test is not required
