I downloaded Caesar 2 2013 R1 V6.10 from the Internet, and the installation instructions state that there is an SPkeygen file in the keygen folder – why can’t I find it? Do you still need to generate the SPkeygen file? Seeking advice from experts
I remember there were two files inside, one of which was SPkeygen
Is it possible that your antivirus software wasn’t turned off, which caused it to be automatically terminated? This happens quite often
Maybe that’s the case; unzip it on another computer and it will work
