Cables, instrument trays, and heat pipes

Hello everyone. According to SH/3012-2011, pipes that are subject to thermal effects should not be installed near or directly below cable and instrument trays. Currently, my cables and instrument tray racks are placed on either side of the crossbeam at the 8.1m level of the pipe rack. There is a low-pressure steam pipeline at the 6.3m level (not directly below it), but this pipeline needs to have a π-shaped bend; as a result, a portion of the steam pipeline will end up directly below the tray rack. What measures need to be taken in this situation? Is it sufficient to insulate the tray that passes through the π-shaped bend, or is there a better method? I hope you can kindly offer your advice!
