As the title suggests, it is recommended that the sections be divided into a design section, which should include aspects such as processes, equipment, electrical systems, automatic control, civil engineering and general layout, as well as water supply and drainage and HVAC systems
This is a legacy issue from history. At first, this area was used for producing utility-related content; it covered a wide range of topics. Over time, and due to the emphasis placed on certain policies, many popular topics were given their own dedicated sections and portals, while the less popular topics, well, remained in the general production area.
