First, create the inner tube, then copy and modify it with the parameters of the outer tube. The support between the inner tube and the outer tube is provided by CNODEs, while the pipe support structures are installed on the outer tube.
My personal opinion: Build the inner pipe first, making sure to assign node numbers at the pipe supports and wherever there are CNODEs between the inner and outer pipes； Then copy the outer tube and modify its parameters such as temperature, pressure, medium density, pipe material, and insulation ； Finally, a connection is established between the inner and outer tubes, with brackets, springs, etc. installed on the outer tube.
