In our company, central control analysis is currently carried out mainly through manual methods, with frequent sampling. The analyses involve determining the concentrations of alkalis, sodium hypochlorite, and other liquids, all of which contain water. We are looking to replace these methods by using online analysis instruments. Is there any type of analyzer that can be used to measure liquid concentrations? I should mention that I am not an expert in instrumentation. Previously, we considered using near-infrared light for such analyses; one detector together with an instrument would cost 500,000 yuan. Is there a cheaper alternative? Thank you for any good suggestions you might have.
This one is available. In chlor-alkali plants, Yokogawa’s DM8 is commonly used for electrolysis; take a look at the relevant information on this topic.
It depends on your measurement objectives and accuracy requirements. E+H has conductivity meters that can be used to measure concentration, and mass flow meters can also be used for this purpose; the cost is in the tens of thousands of yuan
There are professional liquid analyzers available; you can check out Capates. If you’re interested, feel free to get in touch with me. The online analysis instruments Q group: 164930606
Online ultrasonic concentration monitoring can fully meet the process requirements you have specified; it enables simultaneous monitoring of two-component and three-component systems. Liu: 15011348037
