Why are there so many equipment manufacturers available in normal times, but when they’re actually needed, it’s either impossible to get in touch with them through their website information, or they ignore those who do manage to get in touch? Is it the manufacturers’ disregard for customers, or are there issues with the customers’ contact information? If there are problems, what should be done?
There are various factors at play; with the current level of development in online information, it’s not easy to find the right contact details. Sometimes phone calls go wrong, but by trying a few times, it’s possible to locate the right company and the right person. In a buyer’s market, what can’t you buy? So it can’t be generalized
This is a problem that manufacturers face in terms of after-sales service. Many manufacturers invest heavily in things such as manpower and website promotion in order to achieve good advertising results, but in practice they decide their actions based on profitability; when there is no profit, they tend to ignore the issue.
