Why does our company’s fan (with a rotation speed of 2800 revolutions per minute) make a lot of noise every time the bearings are replaced? Is it caused by a bearing installation issue or poor coupling alignment?
If there’s a problem with alignment of the wood, perform dynamic balancing
Loud sound? Is the vibration strong? If the vibration is not severe, then it’s likely not a problem with your bearing installation.
It should be made clear what model of cooling fan and bearings are used.
What does the fan look like, and how is it connected? What does it mean that there are problems every time the bearings are replaced? Do you mean that it will get better on its own after a while? Also, it would be best to show you a picture to illustrate the issue; loose foundation feet can also cause loud noises
In the case of a bearing housing with spring washers, excessive play is more likely to cause vibration.
What fan? Some fans are noisy by nature when they are in operation.
When assembling fan bearings, consideration must be given to positional accuracy, after all, there is a transmission mechanism. Generally, better position accuracy results in less vibration; it is recommended to manually operate the device before tightening the fixing bolts to check its rotational performance. Tighten the bearing housing bolts again.
