What quotas are used for the construction of petrochemical pipelines? ---Solved

I have recently switched to a company that specializes in pipe insulation work, and I need to prepare cost estimates; I’m not very familiar with this process. In the budget quota database for petrochemical installation projects, I found only quotas for equipment installation; I didn’t see any quotas related to insulation
Insulation should be included under the pipeline installation sub-item
The installation of petrochemical pipelines generally uses simplified installation rates. The installation quotas are divided into several professional volumes: Quotas for stationary equipment and steel structure fabrication and installation ； Industrial pipeline installation ； Manufacturing and installation of metal storage tanks ； Mechanical equipment installation ； Installation of industrial furnaces ； Adiabatic, painted ； Building automation, and so on – a total of 12 volumes. If maintenance work is involved, the Sinopec maintenance quotas can be used, or they can be regarded as supplementary quotas to the installation quotas
Adiabatic anti-corrosion can be found under the installation quota sub-items. It seems to be volume 13
