The company is engaged in the storage and transportation of hazardous liquids, and it wants to replace a batch of automatic valves; it’s not sure which type would be the best choice. I came to the forum to ask the seniors. 1. When installed on DN200 pipelines for low-flash-point hazardous liquids, is pneumatic or electric better? What about electromagnetism? 2. Which manufacturer’s products are better? What are the ones available in China, and what about those abroad? 3. What should be a reasonable price for domestic products?

Hello, no matter which type of valve you choose, detailed parameters are required: the operating pressure of the medium, the temperature of the medium. Are substances such as chlor-alkali, polycarbonyl esters (PCA), phosgene, fluorine, hydrogen chloride, chlorosilanes, and nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) hazardous materials that are corrosive, flammable, capable of self-ignition, cause erosion, and present risks associated with high vaporization rates and fast flow speeds? Or all Class M liquid media specified in ASME B31.3? Please provide detailed technical parameters and operating conditions so that we can recommend suitable imported valve brands.
