The propylene compressor has four suction stages and one discharge stage, with a check valve in each stage. Currently, the vibration of the check valve in the suction line of the second stage of the compressor is causing vibrations in the pipeline; how can this be adjusted?
Is it determined that the vibration is caused by a check valve? Why does a check valve vibrate?

Is it the insufficient flow rate during the second stage of inhalation that causes the check valve to open and close intermittently, resulting in vibration?
A major cause of vibration is the operation of the check valve; check the suction volume in the second stage (or check the liquid level in the suction pipe for that stage). Another possibility is that the anti-surge valve is open, and the most obvious sign of this is an abnormally high temperature at the outlet of the second stage! If not, check the pipeline
Vibration in check valves is generally caused by unstable flow rates, which result in the valve opening and closing intermittently; check whether the flow rate at the second stage of suction as well as the opening degree of the anti-surge valve are normal.
What is the form of a one-way valve? With rotary valves, low flow rates can lead to repeated opening and closing and resulting oscillations; this issue generally does not occur with double-plate or axial-flow valves.
It’s probably due to insufficient flow in the second stage. Reasons for low propylene gas level:)
If the flow rate in the second stage is insufficient, then the anti-surge valve for that stage should be opened, and the corresponding vibrations should disappear. It is also possible to discuss with the refrigerant supplier to see if there has indeed been any change in the amount of refrigerant used
Is a check valve also installed at the suction side of the propylene machine? Generally, aren’t check valves designed at the discharge end to prevent the unit from reversing? I’m a beginner; please help
The suction temperature for the second stage of the propylene unit is generally -24 degrees, right? In most MTO olefin separation systems, the design suction temperature is also at -24 degrees, with relatively low suction volumes. If a check valve is still used, could this lead to insufficient suction volume in the second stage and thus cause vibrations?
