Our company has developed an LNG containerized refueling skid, with the liquid storage tank located inside the skid. Here’s the question: I would like to ask the experts how to determine the appropriate height for the differential pressure level gauge Are there any standard requirements?
What height? The height of the gauge head or something like that? Is it a pressure guiding tube or a capillary tube that is used for differential pressure level measurement?

It’s not the location of the pressure tap, but rather the installation site of the differential pressure level gauge. If it’s too high, could that affect the measurement values at low liquid levels?

For double-flange transmitters, whether they are installed between the positive and negative pressure taps or below the positive pressure side, the amount of displacement remains the same, right?
The poster is using a regular differential pressure transmitter. This method of measuring liquid level is intended to ensure sufficient vaporization on the high-pressure side; otherwise, errors may occur.
If it’s a double-flange type, just remove it.
