What methods are used in the workshop to transfer sulfuric acid in barrels into measuring tanks or reaction vessels?

In one project’s design drawings, a vacuum pump is used to transfer concentrated sulfuric acid into a metering tank. Given the high density of concentrated sulfuric acid, I’m a bit worried about whether it can be pumped up successfully. What is a good method to achieve this transfer of material? Will a diaphragm pump work? What safety precautions should be taken when transferring materials?
It depends on the lift height and vacuum level; since it’s designed that way, I think there should be no problem. Corrosion-resistant pumps (Teflon pumps) can be used
