Help: Does anyone know how to blend gasoline, such as 92, 95, and 98 octane grades, or the methods for blending gasoline? If the vapor pressure is high, how can it be reduced? Thank you; those who know please let me know.
Oil blending is a technique that involves adjusting the composition of oils, the properties of various components, and the properties of the final product; it is not a simple mixing process. If the properties of the component oils do not match those of the target oil, it is generally not possible to provide specific blending data. If the person posting this isn’t from a professional refinery or oil production facility, it’s better not to engage in such oil blending. Even if a product with an acceptable octane rating is produced in some cases, other parameters may deviate significantly, and such oil can have unpredictable effects on vehicles. In other words, it’s nothing but deception. Due to its high vapor pressure, alkylated oil or heavier reformate can be appropriately added.
