Experts, what conditions should be met for the flare pipeline in the liquefied hydrocarbon tank farm: should it operate at the temperature corresponding to the discharge pressure, or at a lower temperature with pressure reduced to the backpressure level for discharge?
It must be the temperature under back pressure. Determine the temperature and pressure at the specific location for which you need to make the calculation
Liquefied hydrocarbons should provide backpressure; the plant area needs to be considered as a whole.
