Thirdly, it is important to be good at communication, to be able to understand the thoughts and feelings of those under one’s supervision in a timely manner and to respond appropriately. Through various management techniques, it is possible to enhance the sense of responsibility and learning among team members, thereby creating a harmonious team atmosphere. Fourth, to ensure fairness and justice, this must be done on the surface; as for behind the scenes, it depends on your individual methods. Finally, it is of utmost importance to enhance understanding of leadership – one should not act arbitrarily; working hard to the point of exhaustion yields no results.
