Plunger metering pump failure

Has anyone encountered a situation where a plunger pump doesn’t deliver flow? It is working properly; the pressure fluctuates. The medium can be discharged from the pressure gauge nozzle, but the liquid level in the container does not decrease. . . What’s going on? No safety valve
It is highly likely that the pipeline downstream of the pump outlet is blocked, which is why there is fluid at the pump outlet section but none further downstream!
But the export pressure isn’t that extremely high
It is recommended to use compression to apply pressure to the back side first, and then see how things go!
Perhaps the backflow pipeline isn’t sealed tightly enough, so the pressure at the pump outlet can still remain at a normal level; the amount is so small that it’s not possible to detect the liquid level in the tank.
It seems the inlet filter is clogged; take it off and check
Open the pump inlet and outlet, and clean the two balls ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
The metering pump here is broken, and we fix it by ourselves! Hehe, it was really useful to have learned a few things from a professional repair technician back then!
In my opinion, it is caused by internal leakage in the bypass valve of the plunger pump.
