The coke tower does not have a separate start-up line leading to the top of the tower, but the start-up line is connected to the main oil and gas line. How should it be preheated during startup?
Is there no startup line from the coke tower to the top of the tower? ? ? Which design institute designed it, and what is the manufacturing process?
The coke tower is heated using reverse oil and gas flow, but the temperature of the coke tower rises very slowly in this process

Even the line on the main oil and gas pipeline – that’s the oil transfer line, right? It goes straight to the distillation tower; the oil doesn’t make it into the coke tower. If a line doesn’t reach the top of the tower, it can’t be considered a proper operating line
The experienced workers said the same thing; they didn’t understand exactly how it should be done. They mentioned that wax oil mixed with a little diesel is used to create a circulation that generates heat, and the vaporized oil and gas are utilized to preheat the coke tower in reverse.
That’s impossible; how can there be heating without it? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

The preheating speed can be controlled by adjusting the opening degree of the large oil and gas valve, while back pressure is also regulated in this way. Reducing the large oil and gas valves appropriately and increasing the back pressure can speed up the preheating process.
