Desalination water pump

Our unit has a desalination water pump with a speed of 2980 r/min, a power rating of 160 KW, and a flow rate of 360 m3/h. Due to excessive motor vibration, it has just been repaired and maintained. After maintenance, the motor tested individually and functioned normally, with a vibration value of 3.5 units. There are 2 sets of alignment data; during joint testing, the vibration of the motor and the pump was normal, remaining within 5 units. It worked properly throughout the night. Around 10 a.m. the next day, the motor vibration increased, with the horizontal vibration level reaching 13 units and the vertical vibration level reaching 3 units. Dear sea friends, what’s going on here? What are the reasons?

Excluding tightening issues, bearings are the most likely cause.
Attention should also be paid to the inlet liquid level, the filter screen, and loose motor foot bolts! !
