When performing stress calculations using CAESAR 2, how do people determine that the flexibility of the pipes meets the requirements? For example, to check whether the allowable stress exceeds that of the pipe selected – are there any other methods for verification? ?
As long as the primary and secondary stresses in the results don’t turn red, that’s fine; then check the OPE and SUS values for Stress Sum in the results, as well as the percentage of the actual stress relative to the allowable stress
