I. Compact and flexible process design: Minimize the number of belt conveyors and bucket elevators; the more compact the process layout, the higher the production efficiency; Appropriately increase the number and capacity of the \"intermediate silos\" to enhance the flexibility of the crushing process. Some users use very long conveyor belts and bucket elevators, which have too many failure points and thus affect production efficiency. Some customers even do not have intermediate silos, resulting in poor process flexibility; equipment failures have a significant impact on production. II. Increasing the crushing capacity of individual units: If the capacity of each individual unit in the calcium carbide crushing equipment is improved, it becomes possible to transform the decentralized processing method into an integrated one. The maximum production capacity of the calcium carbide fine crusher at Shanghai Shengyuan Mining Machinery is 55 tons per hour (3mm), which is sufficient to meet the feeding requirements of 6 generators simultaneously, thus greatly simplifying the crushing process. If high-capacity calcium carbide crushing equipment is used, auxiliary equipment such as bucket elevators can be significantly reduced, the number of crushing production lines will be greatly decreased, and the space required for factories and workshops can also be substantially reduced. III. Integrated and fully automated crushing process: Segmented crushing is eliminated, reducing the need for material transfer processes; the entire calcium carbide lump is fed directly into the crushing system, where it is crushed continuously until it reaches the finished product bin, thus completing the preparation of the material. At present, most users carry out crushing operations in separate stages at calcium carbide plants and acetylene plants. Since Shanghai Shengyuan Mining Machinery has solved the problem of crushing large calcium carbide lumps as a whole, it is entirely possible to achieve unified crushing across all acetylene plants from a technological standpoint. After being taken out of the furnace, the calcium carbide lumps are transported directly to the storage area in the acetylene workshop for heat dissipation and cooling; thereafter, they are fed directly into a calcium carbide crusher for crushing, forming part of an integrated processing sequence that includes subsequent crushers as well. IV. Fully sealed process to eliminate dust; the process is designed to be compact, with sealing in place from the moment the calcium carbide blocks enter the crushing system. The iron removal station uses a \"semi-sealed design plus dust collection device\" to eliminate dust. If the plant design allows for the isolation of the storage area, then the crushing process can be carried out in a completely sealed environment, thereby virtually eliminating dust pollution. V. Stable and reliable, with low maintenance requirements. The crushing equipment is stable and reliable, requires little maintenance, and can operate safely for extended periods of time. The existing crushing equipment has not been designed specifically to take into account the characteristics of dry acetylene. This results in a high frequency of failures in crushing equipment, especially in fine crushing equipment; such failures are difficult to repair, require heavy manual labor, and incur high maintenance costs. The \"vertical shaft composite crusher,\" \"double-roll crusher,\" \"four-roll crusher,\" \"reversible hammer crusher\" and other types used by customers all face this problem; by replacing them with the calcium carbide crushers developed by Shanghai Shengyuan Mining Machinery and making corresponding process adjustments, stable and reliable production has been achieved.
No one is responding positively; let’s use dry-acetylene generators to get things moving! ! !
Is this a promotion? Are there any manufacturers that actually use it whose facilities I could visit?
It must be available at the user’s location, but they might not allow entry:D
Is your factory still in operation? Do you have any contact information? We are interested in calcium carbide crushing equipment. 16699185267
