At the moment of anger, a person’s IQ is zero; it returns to normal after a minute. The key to elegance lies in controlling one’s emotions; hurting others with words is the stupidest behavior of all. Our lack of freedom is usually due to negative emotions arising from within that influence us. A person who can control negative emotions is stronger than one who can capture a city. Deep water has a slow current; slow speech makes one noble. It takes us two years to learn to speak, but decades to learn to keep quiet. It can be seen that speaking is a skill ； To remain silent is a form of wisdom.
I choose to stay silent; I hope it can be considered a form of wisdom
