Recently, there was something annoying that involved someone in the company. It’s not like they’re extremely busy; they always like to send an email a few minutes before quitting work, saying there’s some problem, and then they leave without even making a phone call. Then when the leader asked, I said, I sent it yesterday! The leader asked, why don’t you work overtime? For company servers and email transmission, it is not real-time; there is a refresh interval, which is usually set to every 3 to 5 minutes, while the default setting for the software is a refresh every half hour. So, will you send the emails all at once before leaving work?
It used to, especially during the busy project phases； I will never do such a thing again; I’ll call in advance and then send an email the next day.
It usually happens when the project is busy – there are many requirements and data that need to be dealt with urgently; once a response is given, work can be done overtime to meet those deadlines. However, confirmation is generally done via email and phone calls. When things aren’t busy, emails are sent at most around 4 o’clock, and it’s very rare for them to be sent two minutes before the end of working hours
The project is busy, so we can’t say much. It’s definitely best to have phone follow-ups, so as not to delay the schedule. What bothers me the most is that when no one is busy, this person insists on acting as if they’re extremely busy, without even answering calls.
I won’t send emails in bulk before getting off work. . . . .
Just do the same to them in return; it’s done to push the work off on others

Send it so as to avoid forgetting it tomorrow; important matters should be communicated by phone or through some other means

I think it should be sent, but care and attention must be paid.
It's fine to send it, but you should give a phone call to let people know, especially for important matters. The worst thing is to say nothing and let things accumulate until someone files a complaint, leaving us in the dark about what’s going on.
