Everyone is welcome to discuss the locations for adding scale inhibitors and flocculants in the slag and water system of coal-water slurry gasification units, as well as the names of these chemicals and the methods for controlling their dosage.

The dispersant is used in two locations: the ash water tank and the inlet of the low-pressure ash pump. The manufacturer recommends a dosage of 50–100 ppm, with emphasis on applying it at the inlet of the low-pressure ash pump. The flocculant is added before the inlet of the clarification tank; the manufacturer recommends a dosage of 1–3 ppm.
