Seeking help for online flue gas monitoring

Our plant generates electricity by burning municipal waste. Recently, the CO level in the online flue gas monitoring data from Plant #1 has shown significant fluctuations and is unstable. #2, which has similar operating conditions, is relatively stable. Can it be concluded that the issue lies with the analyzer? If so, what might be the reason?
It could be due to the analyzer, but it might also be a problem with the wiring connections (such as moisture) or loose sampling points.
This needs to be considered comprehensively; it might not be a problem with the instrument after all! First, determine whether the operating conditions of the two boilers are indeed the same, whether the CO concentration is truly stable, and whether there are any differences in the combustion conditions of the boilers.
