Ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plants have sprung up across the country, facing issues such as overcapacity; I’m wondering what are the latest projects that have been launched since June 2014? ? ?
Why ask this question? Overcapacity is obvious – does it even matter which year it was introduced?
It is said that Tiantong Jinseng plans to expand its capacity by 200,000 tons
