1. When an accident occurs, the operators must promptly eliminate the cause of the accident, prevent it from spreading, and remove the threat it poses to people and equipment. 2. Maintain the operation of the unit as much as possible, provided that personal safety and equipment integrity are not compromised. 3. Operators are required to remain clear-headed, calm, make quick judgments, and take decisive actions when dealing with accidents, so as to nip them in the bud and prevent them from spreading. 4. Detailed records should be kept of the time of the incident, its symptoms, and the process of handling it, and these records should be reported to the relevant supervisors in a timely manner.

When dealing with emergency incidents, it is possible to handle them first and report afterwards. 5. Detailed records should be kept of the time of the incident, its symptoms, and the process of handling it, to be reported to the relevant supervisors afterward. 6. During an accident handling, shift handover is not permitted; it can only take place after the incident has been resolved. The person taking over the shift can assist in dealing with the accident.
The crew on duty at Unit 1 should conduct thorough inspections of the equipment during their shift; they are not allowed to leave their post without permission or to engage in activities unrelated to their duties. Study and implement these procedures diligently to improve the ability to handle accidents. 2 In the event of accidents involving personnel or equipment at the production site, the following should be done: 1) The hazards to personnel and equipment must be eliminated promptly, and normal operation of the units should be maintained as much as possible ; 2) The duty officer confirms whether there is a meter fault based on the indications of the instruments and external indicators of the unit, in order to determine the cause of the incident and the possible scope of its impact ; 3) Handle the situation promptly and accurately; disconnect the faulty equipment if necessary to prevent the spread of the accident ; 4) Immediately report the details of the accident and the actions taken to the team leader and shift supervisor. 3 In the event of an accident at the production site, operators must remain at their posts, devote all their attention to carefully checking the equipment, strengthen communication between different stations, and prohibit unauthorized personnel from entering the accident site, as this could interfere with accident handling and investigation. During an accident, the personnel on duty should promptly and correctly carry out orders from their superiors; they must not be impatient or panicked, and should report to the department head and manager in charge of operations in a timely manner ; The professional supervisors and managers of the operation department should assist in eliminating accidents and provide the unit leaders with the necessary instructions, which shall not conflict with the orders of the shift supervisor. 5 During an accident, when giving orders and communicating, speak concisely and clearly. Repeat the orders received, and report back to the person who gave them after carrying them out. 6 During an accident, shift handover shall not take place. The person taking over should assist in handling the accident under the supervision of the current shift worker. Shift handover can only be carried out after the operations are completed, following consultation between the supervisors of both units and with the approval of the shift chief. When issuing orders to the personnel on duty, the unit leader of Unit 7 should follow the principle that the tasks can be carried out without the staff leaving their posts. When duty personnel encounter accident phenomena they are not familiar with, they must promptly report to the unit leader and shift supervisor; together, they should go to the scene to observe and investigate to clarify the situation. When fault signs not specified in the procedures are detected, duty personnel must rely on their own knowledge and judgment to take appropriate actions, and report the fault situation to the unit leader and shift supervisor as quickly as possible. 9 After the fault is resolved, the unit supervisor should record in detail and promptly the time of the incident, its causes, and the steps taken to address it. A thorough review should be conducted after each shift to draw lessons from the experience and further improve the ability to handle such incidents.
